TERMS & CONDITIONS (This Is Not an Insurance Policy)

All terms and conditions apply to AidMe Services, AMC & AidMe Motor Club.

This is not an insurance contract. This is not an automobile liability or physical damage insurance contract. This is not a liability policy and does not provide member with coverage for any financial responsibility law. Club membership entitles member to the services outlined in the membership benefit guide. This membership guide comprises the entire description of the benefits to the member. No person may make any representation that is not expressed herein or therein. Emergency Road Service trip interruption benefits and Taxi Rescue Services are underwritten and insured.

Our Roadside Assistance is provided by independent service contractors. Demoti, Inc., AidMe Services & AidMe Motor Club shall not be liable for any damage, injury or loss occasioned by or resulting from rendering, attempting, or failure to provide any Roadside Assistance or towing service or failure there of by an independent facility.

AidMe Services & AidMe Motor Club is not an agent of any service providers, neither are service providers agents for AidMe Services, AMC or AidMe Motor Club.

Membership Term
Your membership begins upon receiving an activation kit and remain in effect until the expiration date (month/date/year) shown in your correspondence from AidMe. There will be no additional assessment of membership dues during the initial term of your membership. At the end of the term, your membership will be automatically renewed for an additional year and will remain activated upon receipt of your membership renewal payment.automatically renewed for an additional year and will remain activated upon receipt of your membership renewal payment.


Membership Identification Cards:
Included with your membership kit are your AidMe membership cards. Please keep them in a safe place as they contain your membership number, the toll-free telephone number you will need to call for services. New cards are issued annually with each renewal of your membership. AidMe issues a single membership to each member for their own convenience. All cards bear members name, membership number, In Case of Emergency (ICE) information and expiration date. If your card was issued to you from an agent, your agent will provide an expiration date for you.

1) Your Coverage Details and Options:

AidMe Basic Membership -
is great for motorist that travel locally. Running around town shopping, going to and from work or running the kids around, you can drive assured that not only will you receive our signature roadside assistance, but our Taxi Rescue service will prove to be the state of the art rescue and safety net you need. Towing up to 5 miles, taxi ride up to 5 miles. (4 for each member).

AidMe Plus Membership – is the all comprehensive travel rescue and informative companion that every motorist must have when driving locally or long distance. Our 100 miles towing (4 per each member) and 25 miles taxi ride (4 for each member). Not to exceed one tow up to 100 miles (excluding tow from members address), all tows from members address are to nearest dealership. Up to one hundred miles towing is limited to a) tow to members home, b) tow to nearest dealership. One taxi ride up to 25 miles within a 7 day period, 1) a. Taxi ride must be the result of driver inability to operate the vehicle, member must be with the vehicle and deliver theirs vehicle keys to taxi driver. 1) b. Vehicle was stolen, towed or inoperable, authority (police, towing service or repair facility) must provide proof of incident. Towing will be limited to 5 miles within the 7 day period, taxi rides within the seven days are limited to 5 miles. Not to exceed one tow up to 100 miles or one taxi ride over 25 miles within a 7 day period. Plus members get our concierge service which is only offered from that’s right AidMe Motor Club.

AidMe Gold Membership – this plan does not only provide our full 24-hour road service, taxi rescue and concierge service, it’s also unlimited roadside assistance service calls for help and comes with Aidme’s ultimate 200 mile towing and 100 mile taxi ride which is unrivaled by even On star. Not to exceed one tow up to 200 miles (excluding tow from members address), all tows from members address are to nearest dealership. Up to two hundred miles towing is limited to a) tow to members home, b) tow to nearest dealership. One taxi ride up to 100 miles within a 7 day period, 1) a. Taxi ride must be the result of driver inability to operate the vehicle, member must be with the vehicle and deliver theirs vehicle keys to taxi driver. 1) b. Vehicle was stolen, towed or inoperable, authority (police, towing service or repair facility) must provide proof of incident. Towing will be limited to 5 miles within the 7 day period, taxi rides within the seven days are limited to 5 miles.

2) About Your Benefits:

2a) Taxi Rescue coverage under Basic, Plus or Gold Membership

Free taxi ride is provided when member
1) become mentally impaired or too drunk to drive, member must leave their keys with the taxi driver and pick them at another time.
2) member's vehicle is disabled and has to be towed to a garage. These two benefits can be used together when the vehicle is towed to a garage and member need to go a different location.
3) is involved in an accident, their vehicle missing or their child must be picked-up.

Taxi driver will transport member to residence, hotel or Train/Bus Depot whichever is closer. Member must pay for fare that exceeds their plan limits.
Each taxi ride is counted as a service call. (Taxi ride and towing is counted as two services).

2b) Road Service coverage under Basic, Plus or Gold Membership

Free roadside assistance and towing is provided when member:
1) needs assistance exchanging a flat tire with an inflated tire, boost a battery, entrance into their vehicle, delivery of gas, water, antifreeze or minor first aid.
2) is in need of a tow to the location (as outlined under membership plan.

The following types of vehicles are eligible for service:
Four wheel motor driven non-commercial passenger vehicles (i.e. small, medium & large cars, mini and full size vans and pick-up trucks.
Member must pay for mileage that exceeds their plan limits.


2c) Concierge Service coverage under Basic, Plus
or Gold Membership

Speak to a live voice at all times, our advisers are here to locate, arrange and inform you 24-hours a day.
The Basic Membership is limited to emergency child care, hotel and car rental discounts.


Senior Care Memberships

3) About Your Benefits:

3a) Taxi Rescue coverage under Senior Basic Membership, Supplemental Plan or Pay-As-You-Go Card

Free taxi ride is provided when member
1) become mentally impaired or too drunk to drive, member must leave their keys with the taxi driver and pick them at another time.
2) member's vehicle is disabled and has to be towed to a garage. These two benefits can be used together when the vehicle is towed to a garage and member need to go a different location.
excluding road service for Supplemental Card holders.
3) is involved in an accident, their vehicle missing.

Taxi driver will transport member to residence, hotel or Train/Bus Depot whichever is closer. Member must pay for fare that exceeds their plan limits.
Each taxi ride is counted as a service call. (Taxi ride and towing is counted as two services).

3b) Road Service coverage under Basic Membership and Pay-As-You-Go Card

Free roadside assistance and towing is provided when member:

1) needs assistance with exchanging a flat tire with an inflated tire, boost a battery, entrance into their vehicle, delivery of gas, water, antifreeze or
minor first aid.
2) is in need of a tow to the location of their choice.

Pay-As-You-Go Cards are valid for only one usage and one year from date of activation l Prepaid card must be renewed by card holder.

The following types of vehicles are eligible for service:
Four wheel motor driven non-commercial passenger vehicles (i.e. small, medium & large cars, mini and full size vans and pick-up trucks.
Member must pay for mileage that exceeds their plan limits.


2c) Concierge Service coverage under Basic
Membership and Concierge Service

Prepaid Cards: Gift Card or Student Card or Pay-As-You-Go Card

4) About Your Benefits:

All Prepaid card are valid for only one usage and one year from date of activation l Prepaid card must be renewed by card holder.

Member must pay for mileage that exceeds their plan limits.

5) Fleet Towing Service

About Your Benefits:

5a) Road Service coverage under Fleet Towing Service Plans

The following types of vehicles are eligible for service:
Class 1 Light Duty
(6,000 lbs. or less GVW - 4 tires)
Class 2 Light Duty (6,001 lbs. - 10,000 lbs. GVW - 4 tires)
Class 3 Medium Duty (10,001 lbs. to 14,000 lbs. GVW - 6 tires)

Member must pay for mileage that exceeds 50 mile towing limit.

Free roadside assistance and towing is provided when member:

1) needs assistance with exchanging a flat tire with an inflated tire, boost a battery, entrance into their vehicle, delivery of gas, water, antifreeze or minor first
aid.
2) is in need of a tow to the location of their choice.


6) TOW CARDS

About Your Benefits

6a) Road Service coverage under Business Tow Cards

Vehicle can only be towed to business identified on tow card.

- No commercial vehicles or vehicles over 6,001 lbs. GVW.
- Benefits excludes road service or towing of any vehicle in a qualified repair facility, an (off road area)* or on any unattended, impounded, or abandoned
vehicle.
- This benefit is not intended to be used in lieu of routing maintenance or needed repairs on vendors vehicle.
- No owner, officer, employee or any other business associate is allowed to use service, if business is found in violation said business losses all benefits and
all monies.
- All vehicles must be registered and driver must possess a valid state license.


Road Service Disclosure:

- Emergency Road Service benefits are limited to providing roadside assistance or towing or locksmith service of a member’s covered vehicle in the event of a
roadside breakdown.

- Benefits excludes road service or towing of any vehicle in a qualified repair facility, an (off road area)* or on any unattended, impounded, or abandoned
vehicle. This benefit is not intended to be used in lieu of routing maintenance or needed repairs on your vehicle. The cost of repair parts or supplies and
the labor cost of installing, repairing, storing, removing, or testing your vehicle, equipment or parts, the mounting of snow tires or chains, the return of a
repair tire to the vehicle, or the shoveling of snow or sand is excluded. All vehicles must be registered and driver must possess a valid state license and state
registration card bearing the same address: Street, City/Town, State and Zip Code. Commrcial Vehicles are not covered including (Taxi Cabs, Delivery Vehicles
and limousines).
 
- In the event you can move your vehicle prior to a service vehicle arriving, please be sure and cancel your request. If not, not it will counted as a service call.

- *An off road area is defined as an area off of any of the following: Hard packed or graded dirt public road, paved street, parking lot, highway, freeway,
emergency or adjacent shoulder.

- Toll Road Service: Some toll roads provide their own Emergency Roadside Assistance Service and will not permit any motor club to come to your
assistance. In this case, just pay for the service, secure an itemized receipt and submit it to us for reimbursement consideration (AidMe Customer Service
Department, PO Box 704, Egg Harbor, NJ 08215). Where contractor access is legally restricted, covered roadside assistance is provided on a full
reimbursement basis.

Taxi Rescue Disclosure:

- If member's children needs assistance (up to 18 years of age) service is provided up to plan limit. If vehicle is missing, inoperable, or member is incapable
of operating vehicle a taxi will be dispatched. We will make every effort to provide our member with the Taxi Rescue Service. Members ignition key must be
turned over to establishment manager or taxi
driver which ever our adviser suggest. If member refuse to release ignition key service cannot be provided. Taxi
will only make one drop off. Taxi can only provide ride for up to 4 passengers. All exceeding destinations and mileage charges must be paid by member.
Ignition key will be
mailed to member within 2 days of incident. If member receives own assistance member must first notify AidMe Services for
verification to be eligible for reimbursement.

- When vehicle is towed to members place of choice and member prefer to stay with vehicle, tow provider will provide a ride for member. If member prefer a
different destination from where vehicle is delivered a taxi ride will
be provided. This will account for two service calls.

- If you secure a ride prior to a service vehicle arrival, please contact us immediately. If not it will included as a service call.

- Each Taxi Dispatch Company, Taxi Vehicle owner, Taxi Mercantile License owner, Taxi Mercantile License lesser, and their insurance company that
provides the auto insurance coverage of vehicle is responsible for all occurrences which causes harm or injury to their customer or fare. Including bodily
and
property losses.

- Demoti, Inc. or any of the names we are doing business as cannot guarantee a taxi ride.

Reimbursement Procedures
Call AidMe for authorization to cover an outside road service provider. Remember you must be authorized to receive to cover an outside road service provider reimbursement. If this occurs, reimbursement up to your plan limit or reasonable charges to the nearest qualified repair facility ($100 maximum), can be requested by:

1. Completing the Claim Reimbursement Form and describing the incident.
2. Send in form, the original dated receipt and work order to: Aid Me Customer Service Dept., PO Box 704, Egg Harbor, NJ 08215 within 30 days of the covered incident. Claims mailed more than 30 days will not be honored. Receipts must itemize all reimbursable items and contain the reprinted name, address, and telephone number of Service Provider. Please keep additional copies for your own records.


Cancellation
Your membership may be
canceled by either party at any time, upon written notification. The cancellation of membership includes the primary member and all individuals eligible for benefits under the membership. All benefits will cease when the membership term expires or either party cancels. Cancellation becomes effective 10 days after the first class mailing of written notice to the other’s address. Should either party cancel, you will receive a prorated refund with reduction for the unused portion of your membership term, including cost of service rendered prior to cancellation. Cancellation must occur within 3 months of activation.

At Aid Me, we are committed to protecting your privacy. Aid Me does not sale, trade or rent your personal information to other companies. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized experience. Aid Me will not collect any personal information about you except when you specifically and knowingly provide such information.
